What is Generalised Anxiety Disorder?

Anxiety is a human emotion characterised by the feeling of unease, fear, panic or worry. It is the type of feeling you might encounter the moment before you’re about to begin an interview or awaiting results from an exam or medical tests.

Whilst common to feel like this during times like that, others may struggle to control their worries and feel like that for long periods of time.
