Yes, here at CBT Avon, we offer therapy to both organisations and business professionals. Through online CBT counselling, we work to reduce workplace stress and to stop burn out.

+ How do I know if I would benefit from cbt counselling for my workplace stress?


The best thing to do is to firstly contact us. We will then arrange a telephone consultation with you. If together we agree that CBT therapy would be the right counselling choice for you, we would go ahead and schedule the sessions.

+ How long does each Online CBT session last?


Appointments are usually 50 minutes long and are held over zoom or the telephone.
